A regular yoga practice brings physical and mental well-being. The muscles are strengthened and toned, the general posture is improved, the flexibility is developed or improved, the circulation is improved and the body is detoxified. In addition, regular yoga practice allows a regulation of sleep, a better concentration and determination, and a re-evaluation of oneself.
Flexibility is not a prerequisite to starting yoga. With practice comes flexibility.

Of Swedish origin, Nadia discovered yoga in 2002, and immediately felt its benefits. She quickly found Prana Flow® and has been in love with this style ever since. After 10 years of practicing, and experiencing all the benefits yoga had on her life, she decided not to keep it to herself but to share her passion. She has studied intensively with Shiva Rea and Simon Park. Her classes are dynamic, fluid, and emotive. Nadia loves arm balances and inversions; balancing the body to balance the mind! Nadia believes that yoga is for everybody, regardless of shape and age, there is always a way to modify it to become what you need in that moment. Her intention and dedication is to share this knowledge.
Nadia is certtified 200h Prana Flow® by the Samudra School of Living Yoga with Shiva Rea, 200h and 300h Liquid Flow® Yoga with Simon Park and 300h cYoga® with Carmen Aguilar. Moreover, she is trained in Thai Yoga Massage with Julien Levy.
Prana Flow and Liquid Flow
Created by Shiva Rea, Prana Flow is a creative, dynamic, full-spectrum approach to embody the flow of yoga. The sequences of Prana Flow change from one class to another according to the desired effect, giving an evolutionary, rhythmic and liberating style. Classes are built on sequences of increasing difficulty allowing beginners and more experienced practitioners to practice together, to music, which will increase your vibration, open your heart and free your mind.
Liquid Flow, created by Simon Park, is a mix of classic and modern yoga styles. The postures are dynamic and part of a movement meditation. The focus is on the breath, body and spirit, with creative, elegant and fluid transitions.
Created by Carmen Aguilar, cYoga classes always have a clearly defined theme. During the class, we move in one direction of mobility and we go deep into it. This way we prepare the body for more intense poses within that theme, the peak poses.
Playful yoga for children and parents to improve body awareness and self-image through play, movement, postures and breathing. Proposed as recurring workshops, a few times a year.
Thai Yoga Massage
Thai massage is an ancient healing system combining acupressure and assisted yoga postures. The recipient remains clothed and receives treatment while lying on a mat on the floor. It is movement-based therapy dealing with issues of the musculo-skeletal , digestive and nervous system. It stimulates the circulation of Prana (vital energy), releases muscular and articular tensions and induces letting go.
